About the Role The Talent Acquisition Adjudication Specialist is a specialist who supports Carrier’s commitment to regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and governance excellence across talent acquisition and related business processes. This role partners closely with Legal, Employee and Labor Relations, and external vendors to ensure compliance with employment laws, background screening requirements, identity verification standards, and Carrier policies. The Talent Acquisition Adjudication Specialist plays a critical role in adjudicating background check and identity verification results, auditing screening processes, applying legal standards provided by Carrier’s Legal department, and ensuring fair, consistent, and defensible hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Carrier policies, legal/ regulatory guidance and align workflows accordingly Background Check & Identity Verification Adjudication Adjudicate background check and identity verification results in accordance with Carrier policy and legal standards.
