Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program management or engineering leadership. - Experience with site reliability engineering, developer operations, and developer experience metrics. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. - 10 years of experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams. - Experience in systems reliability engineering at scale. - Understanding of the product life-cycle in a fast-moving environment. - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
