Job Title: Technical Sales and Quoting Coordinator Department: Sales Reports To: Business Unit Director Location: Chandler, AZ Position Summary: The Technical Sales and Quoting Coordinator supports the sales team by preparing and sending accurate and timely quotations to customers, maintaining pricing records, and coordinating between customers, engineering, and production to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, competitive pricing, and efficient order processing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret technical data packages, to prepare detailed cost estimations and quotes based on customer drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and specifications. - Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to assess feasibility, lead times, and cost estimates. - Maintain and update quote logs, customer records, and pricing databases. - Track and follow up on outstanding quotes and open RFQs, ensuring timely responses and updates to the customer. - Assist with the order intake process, including quote-to-order conversion and data entry into ERP systems and network....
