Description Assistant Branch Manager – Taos| Location: 2400 Taos, Austin, TX 78745 | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:45PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45am-12:15pm Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is looking for a people-first Assistant Branch Manager who loves coaching teams, solving problems, and creating exceptional member experiences. What You’ll Do: Branch & Member Service Leadership - Support daily branch operations and lead the teller team - Deliver friendly, accurate service to members in person and by phone - Open new accounts and assist with loans, IRAs, HSAs, CDs, and business accounts - Serve as acting Branch Manager when needed Operational Excellence: - Open and close the branch and oversee daily operations - Maintain and balance cash drawers, vaults, ATMs, and branch cash controls - Support fraud/dispute processes, stop-payments, and card services - Assist with audits, cash ordering, and regulatory compliance - Support mobile deposits and online account services - Provide coverage and leadership support at nearby branch locations as needed to ensur...
