The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities $2,000 sign-on bonus included. This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday. Essential Functions: - Support timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintenance of general ledger accounts. - Perform detailed general ledger account reconciliations; investigate, identify, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Maintain full responsibility for the reconciliation process for assigned accounts, owning the process end-to-end, to ensure integrity and accuracy of the balance sheet - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper reporting of profit and loss, assets, liabi...
