Job Title: Shift Supervisor Job Description Position Title: Shift Supervisor: Department: Operations Report to Security Site Manager, Account Manager and Client Security Management Manage: Portfolio Focus: - Site Operations operate and peak efficiency - Escalations are resolved promptly - Regulations and Procedures are followed - Culture and Communication Key Responsibilities: Operational Management (60% Time Spent) - Follow Security and client’s standards, rules, and policies. - Attend training, orientation sessions, and staff meetings as required by Guardteck Security. - If an incident occurs, report, and document in a detailed and accurate manner as well as follow emergency procedures.
