Job Summary: As an Estes Intern within the Corporate Operations, Hub Group, you will be assigned to a team based on your area of concentration. Depending on the team, you will be exposed to various technologies and aspects of our business. Each intern will be paired with a mentor who will guide and oversee progress to ensure a successful experience for both the intern and Estes. This is a Temporary, Summer Internship position located primarily at Estes' Richmond Headquarters, and it will last no longer than 3 months. Estes values experience, and successful incumbents will be encouraged to apply to any Part-time or Full-time opportunities that may be available following the conclusion of the internship period. Qualifications: - Effectively interact and communicate with team members and assigned mentor, to ensure understanding of requirements for assigned work; ask clarifying questions as needed to ensure accurate and timely results. - Understand and follow training instructions and ask for help when needed.
