ROLE OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Administration, the Wealth Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional financial planning experiences for members by working collaboratively with a network of advisors and internal partners. This role actively contributes to enhancing the financial wellbeing of members by implementing, managing, and continuously improving process and touchpoints related wealth processing and member wealth service This role serves as a key liaison between the branch network, business & agriculture departments, virtual services and our strategic partner Aviso Wealth, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery. The role reinforces the commitment of the parent company, Assiniboine Credit Union, and AVI/Agency to financial guidance and member-centric support.
