ABOUT THIS POSITION: This Manager position reports to our Director of Solution Adoption and has responsibility for leading a team of Solution Adoption Consultants and Technical Solution Specialists who are accountable for managing the on-boarding experience for new and existing Patient Payments clients in the Ambulatory healthcare space. The goal of the position is to ensure client satisfaction and predictable results. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Build high performing team focused on project methodology , delivering predictable, repeatable projects and revenue based on forecast Develop a bench of individual performers to support our growth plans Understand and support the client project success criteria and metrics Conduct weekly team meetings: Attend to team's emergency requests or client escalations when necessary Proactively monitor clients to keep satisfaction at a high level Act as a motivator to keep the morale up among team members Oversee and manage all aspects of the solution adoption process Coordinate Waystar project team resources and deliverables Proactively identify and execute on opportunities for process improvements Develop training programs to onboard new consultants and expa...
