You will be working alongside managers with day-to-day work on the poultry farms. With the scope to progress into future management roles. Duties will include but not limited to: - Working as part of an effective and efficient team, including following direction from farm manager and assistant farm manager - Working with livestock daily and making sure bird health and wellbeing is excellent. - Daily shed routine checks, record keeping, grounds maintenance - Completing minor repairs, reporting repairs to be made. - Making sure company policies and biosecurity measures are followed at all times.
