To strengthen our global r ecruit ing team , we are looking for a Regional Lead Recruiting Operations Germany (f/m/d) to drive recruiting operations and lead regional recruiting teams as part of our global recruiting organization. Reporting to the Global Lead Recruiting Operations , this role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized recruiting delivery while staying close to regional business needs. Key Responsibilities: Regional Recruiting Operations & Leadership: Lead and develop a regional team of recruiters, ensuring reliable service delivery, clear accountability, and strong team engagement. Recruitment Execution: Own the regional execution of GEA’s r ecruit ing , ensuring standardized processes, role clarity, and continuous improvement in line with global guidelines.
