JOB SUMMARY: - Works under the direction of the House Supervisors and RN Nurse Manager. - Unit Coordinator/LNA reports directly to the primary nurse regarding the day-to-day job expectations, duties, and accountability. - Assists RN/LPN in providing safe delivery of age specific and effective patient care. - Works on the Medical/Surgical or in the Emergency Department and assists in other areas as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Education, Required - High School Diploma or equivalent Licenses/Certifications: - Maintains current licensure in the State of New Hampshire as a Nursing Assistant. (not required for unit coordinator) - Maintains current active BLS certification. - Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities - Prefer 1-2 years of experience.
