Job description

Location: Grove City, OH (On-Site) Report to: Warehouse Manager: Number of direct reports: 0: POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION: The Warehouse Operator is responsible for efficiently handling, picking, packing, and receiving goods within the warehouse. This role ensures products are properly stored, orders are accurately fulfilled, and inventory is effectively managed to support e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities: Picking & Packing: - Accurately pick products from shelves using an RF Gun. - Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping. - Scan, label, and prepare packages for shipment. Receiving Goods: - Accept and process incoming deliveries. - Verify shipment contents against packing lists for accuracy. - Unpack and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies. - Place stock into designated pick locations as directed by the RF Gun.
