BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst that will enable quality, reliability, and governance for AI capabilities embedded throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) . This role focuses on validating AI‑driven tools and workflows used by engineering teams, with early expectations centered on delivering practical, high‑value patterns such as automated test generation and execution, along with AI‑based code scanning for potential vulnerabilities. Rather than executing predefined test plans in isolation, the QA Analyst owns the test strategy for their work and serves as a quality enablement partner to the broader organization. They are intrinsically involved in reviewing requirements early, identifying gaps, and embedding testing approaches directly into SDLC tooling. The role validates systems and interfaces that support AI‑assisted development workflows, drawing on both traditional and modern testing techniques.
