Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining organized records related to compliance activities, including policies, procedures, training materials, and audit documentation. Support compliance audits and assessments, both internal and external. Help coordinate with audit teams to track findings and assist in recommending corrective actions. Help generate regular reports on compliance activities and key performance indicators, highlighting potential areas of concern. Assist in identifying and assessing compliance risks within the organization and collaborate with relevant departments to develop mitigation strategies. Support investigations into compliance-related issues, incidents, or violations, working under the guidance of the Compliance Manager to resolve matters.
