As a team we are committed to supporting our amazing young carers and gaining their voice around their caring role and their lived experience. We work closely with partners to support young carers needs and awareness locally and across the county. About the Role: As a Young Carers Youth Worker, you will support children and young people who need extra help, working closely with them and their families to understand their needs and plan the right support. This includes carrying out assessments, delivering one-to-one‑ interventions, reviewing progress together and ending support in a positive, planned way.
