IP Network Integration Engineer Trainee

Job description

Are you passionate about solving problems and connecting people? As part of our team, you will: - Learn about IP/MPLS protocols and network architecture. - Preparing configuration designs and scripts based on the official documentation and standards. - Building work packs (instructions and implementation plans) for the field engineers for on-site activities. - Troubleshooting and solving network issues. - Creating site survey forms for the field engineers and validating the results of the site survey based on the agreed standards. - Maintaining a customer-oriented manner and professional relationship with customers, service organization and internal teams. - Monitor and maintain operational health of Cloud infrastructure and DCF deployments, ensuring performance, reliability, and SLA compliance. - Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies. - Analyses factual information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience. - Supports transfer of concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit...
