Job Summary: The Credit & Collections Analyst is responsible for portfolio-level ownership of the end-to-end Billing-to-Cash lifecycle for assigned customers. This role ensures billing accuracy, owns accounts receivable and credit control activities, mitigates customer risk, and maintains audit readiness. The analyst partners cross-functionally to resolve complex billing and payment issues, improve cash flow, and support a high-quality customer experience.
