Job description

Overview Responsible for providing clerical, accounting support, and administration for construction, bridge, lot loans and some commercial construction loans. Prepares and reviews related documentation. Assists members and contractors as required. Ensures that the members are promptly and professionally served. Provides support to related departments and mortgage personnel. Performs miscellaneous mortgage functions as required. Coordinates closely with Quality Control to ensure that files and documents are accurate and complete. Responsibilities: 1. Assumes responsibility for the effective completion of loan closing functions and loan activities. a. Reviews approved construction, bridge, lot loans and some commercial construction loans for completeness and accuracy. b. Approves construction loan disbursements. c. Collects on past due construction loans and prepares extension agreements. d. Monitors loans and prepares and posts extensions. e. Completes reconciliations.f. Quotes and posts payoffs. g.
