Hourly Pay Range: $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Manager of Perioperative Business Operations - Location: Evanston, IL - Full Time/Part Time: Full time - Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm What you will do: - Day-to-day operations include management of performance analytics using data to inform recommendations to leadership. Subject matter expert for scheduling optimization, productivity performance and reporting, and overall OR Utilization. Responsibilities include the business operations oversight of all departments in perioperative services, including but not limited to Surgery, Anesthesia, Preop/PAT, PACU, Pain Clinic, Central Sterile Processing, to ensure quality, customer-focused, cost-effective patient care. - Primary business leader for Day Surgery Center (ASC) at Northwest Community Hospital. - Partners closely with the broader Endeavor Health Perioperative Leadership structure to manage projects and assist with important system initiatives that are defined by the Executive Sponsor and Service Line Vice President. - Implements new services...
