This role reports to the Senior Manager of Analytical Insights and is open to fully remote candidates across the U.S. The position plays a key role in analyzing case volumes, call volumes, staff productivity, and resource planning—critical elements for driving operational efficiency and supporting our business partners and members. As an internal analytics expert, you will provide insights for Clinical Operations (ClinOps) and support Prior Authorizations and Performance Productivity Reporting business functions.
