Job Description: Monitors conduct of visitors on premises and confronts unauthorized persons for questioning. Reports safety, fire hazards or security violations. Responds to all requests for assistance from employees, patients/residents and visitors. Assists with any and all situation; i.e., problem-solving with positive outcomes.
