Job description

The Role: Moderna is seeking a strong candidate to support the Contract Operations Team. The Sr. Analyst, Contract Operations, reporting to the Director, Contract Operations, is responsible for assisting with operational aspects of Moderna’s Contract Administration including, but not limited to contract and pricing implementation, membership maintenance. Here’s What You’ll Do: Participates in contract, pricing and membership administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract implementation and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Works closely with chargeback team to monitor transactions and ensure accurate membership. Build relationship with wholesaler contacts to ensure proper loading of contracts, memberships and pricing. Assists Commercial Operations and Rebate Analysts with researching and resolving pricing related discrepancies. Ensure all SOX controls are met and supported with appropriate documentation.
