Statement of the Position: This position supports RCM Leadership in daily operations of the MIR team, including the training and coaching of staff. The role also collaborates with other department Leaders to ensure operational procedures are completed in accordance with company policy and within expected timeframes by providing actionable feedback and educational opportunities. Strong time management, organizational skills, and adaptability are essential for success in this position.
