Position Summary Under the general direction of the Manager, Surveillance, this position is responsible for overseeing surveillance operations at the site level on a shift basis. Provides input on performance evaluations. Assists with the implementation all new surveillance operations initiatives. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Key Accountabilities: - Provides leadership and direction to the surveillance operation at the site level on a shift basis; provides input for team member performance objectives and evaluations - Assists with the implementation of surveillance operation strategic plans - Schedules and supervises team members; verifies timesheets; assigns shift work assignments - Monitors, documents and report's violations, large cash and cash equivalent transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests, and unauthorized access - Maintains logs; updates records; stores records securely for evidence purposes - Monitors, documents and reports on the condition of surveillance facilities and equi...
