About the Team The Tax team is evolving from a traditional compliance and provision function into a data-driven, AI-first operating model. We are building systems where recurring tax work is structured, automated, and continuously improved through better data, workflows, and intelligent tooling. This team sits at the intersection of tax technical expertise, data systems, and AI-enabled operations, with a focus on reducing manual work while improving accuracy, speed, and insight. About the Role: We are looking for a Tax Manager to take on a role spanning tax compliance and tax provision, with responsibilities that evolve across U.S. federal and state depending on team needs. This is not a traditional tax role. Instead of primarily preparing returns or managing external advisors, you will: Work within database-driven workflows where preparation is increasingly automated. Focus on review, validation, and improvement of tax outputs. Build and refine data models, automation, and AI-assisted processes.
