AIT Operations Engineer - Launch Vehicle (m/f/d)

Job description

Mission Brief As part of the Launch Vehicle AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely integration activities. In addition, you will be participating in the change management process and work together with relevant stakeholders to drive up key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow-up on non-conformities. Your Role in Our Space Mission - Create, maintain, and optimize the launch vehicle AIT workflows - Manage operational interfaces of the launcher integration team like the Testing, Logistics or Quality Assurance teams. - Manage and improve the vehicle integration timeline. - Create efficient tooling to plan, monitor, and optimize launcher integration activities. - Participate in and drive engineering change management processes concerning launcher integration topics from initial change request through final hardware implementation on flight and nonflight systems. - Serve as a key contributor to the non‑conformance process by assessing criticality, defining scope of impact, and developing/validating corrective and preventive actions. - Act as AIT representative to internal stakeholders—including Design Engineer...
