NXAI is an Austrian AI research company located in Linz, where advanced research is transformed into real-world impact . Our focus is on next-generation xLSTM models and their industrial applications. Together with a strong network of partners, we are creating a leading center for AI innovation in Linz — and we are looking for motivated Master’s students to join us on this journey. We offer a unique part-time, 20h / week internship opportunity for Master’s students to join our small, elite team at the forefront of AI research. You will contribute to ongoing research projects, collaborate with senior researchers and engineers and support the team by providing structured deliverables that advance our work. The internship will be planned from August 2026 until January 2027 . Only a very limited number of spots are offered to exceptional individuals who are ready to push boundaries.
