Description Job Summary: Assists the Associate Director of Clinical Education in clinical education duties within the Master of Science in Physician Assistant (MSPA) Program. This includes planning, coordinating, facilitating, administering, monitoring, and assessing clinical education. Serves as principal PA Program faculty and engages in teaching, scholarship, and service. This is a 12-month faculty position as an Assistant/Associate Clinical-Track Professor or as an Assistant/Associate Tenure-Track Professor. Responsibilities and Duties: Assistant Director of Clinical Education: Provide effective leadership of clinical education within the MSPA Program, which includes: - Assists with the planning, coordinating, facilitating, administering, monitoring, and assessing clinical education activities - Communicates clearly and promptly with the Associate Director of Clinical Education and the Program Director about matters pertaining to the clinical year - Communicates clinical year matters to, and works collaboratively with, the Clinical Team, faculty, staff, students, and clinical preceptors - Assists with clinical site sufficiency and effectiveness through development, maintenance,...
