Job Purpose: The Maintenance Lead oversees the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, production efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role drives preventive and total productive maintenance (PM/TPM), fosters continuous improvement, and maintains 5S across the facility while modeling leadership and accountability.
