Build the engine. Scale the pipeline. We are a fast-growing SaaS company and a leading European digital accessibility platform with clear ICPs and strong product-market fit. We already run outbound and list processes — now we’re upgrading them into a scalable, international top-of-funnel engine. We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer who wants to evolve and scale that engine. This is a builder role. Not RevOps admin. Not campaign marketing. What You’ll Own: Optimize and scale our existing outbound list infrastructure Increase enrichment depth and data quality across markets Turn ICP + signals + intent data into prioritized, sales-ready opportunities Design and refine enrichment and scoring logic (Clay & data providers) Build and maintain workflows and automations (n8n, APIs, webhooks) Ensure clean routing, segmentation, and CRM sync (HubSpot) Continuously test new AI tools, scripts, and workflows to increase leverage Your goal : turn a working outbound system into a scalable, international TOFU engine.
