Position Summary We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions across multiple channels while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
