Requisition ID: 65199 Title : Test Technician I - Medical Devices Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $20.70/hr Salary Maximum: $37.25/hr The Test Technician I Support the Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams in all aspects of product testing and verification testing of complex medical devices through the manufacturing processes. Knowledge: - Directly responsible for electrical testing of Camera Control Units (CCU), Shaver Console Units (SCU), Electro Surgical Units (ESU), and Camera Heads (CH) by performing FCO (Final Checkout), FCL (Final Check List), and other automated or manual electrical tests. - Test electronic components, sub-assemblies, and completed systems per test instructions and SOP. - Test products using computer programs, Digital Multi Meters, Oscilloscopes, light measurement equipment, waveform monitors, and other digital and analog electrical test equipment. - Record test results into database applications. Review numerical and graphical data and make recommendations to improve process yields. - Responsible for complying with medical device industry standards in Good Documentation Practices (GDP). - Accurate documentation of test results in Device History Reco...
