Key Responsibilities: - Train and mentor new CDL drivers on safe tanker operations (chemical & petroleum) - Conduct ride-alongs and on-the-road evaluations - Instruct proper loading/unloading procedures , including pumps, hoses, and valves - Reinforce hazmat handling, spill response, and PPE protocols - Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, EPA, and customer-specific requirements - Evaluate driver readiness and provide clear pass/fail recommendations - Coach drivers on defensive driving, situational awareness, and risk mitigation - Assist with refresher training and remediation for current drivers when needed - Maintain accurate training documentation and evaluations - Communicate closely with Safety and Operations teams Schedule & Flexibility: - Part-time, flexible sched...
