Key areas include: - Reposibility for smooth daily operations in HR administration - Preparing and controlling the monthly payroll for 100 employees in close collaboration with the finance department - Communicating with tax consultancies, social security providers, tax office, and legal providers - Ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for new joiners and a professional offboarding for leavers - Supporting our staff with all salary and HR-related questions and challenges - Administering, optimizing, and maintaining our HRIS (Personio), including document management - Monitoring of time and attendance recordings - Creating a compensation & benefits strategy - Conducting and analysing of employee su...
