Job description

RCT is hiring a senior Automated Tester to support a large government program focused on access control, identity and access management (IdAM/ICAM), and secure IT systems. The role centers on ensuring system reliability, security, and continuous availability through rigorous automated and manual testing. Key Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and manage test plans across system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Build and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium/Katalon) - Work in a DevOps environment, supporting testing after deployments - Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them - Document test results and improve quality and reliability processes - Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications: - Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph - ~10–15 years of relevant experience (degree or equivalent experience) - Strong experience in test automation (Selenium, Katalon, or similar) - Full software lifecycle knowledge - Strong communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills Desired Skills: - Experience with AWS, SecDevOps, Flyway, COTS platforms - Background...
