In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the development, management, and execution of site health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating closely with Quality and Food Safety teams, and focusing on safety and industrial hygiene programs. As an HSE Specialist, you’ll not only ensure compliance with national and local HSE laws, regulations, and Corporate HSE Standards—you’ll be a champion for our Mars HSE Culture. You’ll translate and execute the site’s HSE strategy, as set by the Site HSE Manager and Corporate HSE Team, and continuously improve site policies and procedures in alignment with our company’s vision, mission, and values.
