Job Title: Clinic Receptionist Reporting Relationship: Health & Wellness Center Manager Unit: IWU-Marion: Department: The Wellness Center-IWU Marion: Campus Location: The Wellness Center, Marion, IN Summary of Position: The Clinic Receptionist plays a key role in providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors. They greet individuals upon arrival, verify personal and insurance information, collect necessary documentation and payments, and answer basic questions about services. Receptionists also help coordinate communication between patients and the healthcare team. They maintain accurate records and follow established office protocols to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone.
