Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the Government in the execution of contract modifications and serve as a liaison between the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and vendors to coordinate contractual actions and changes. - Provide advisory support, consultation, and tracking of contractual responsibilities to ensure timely and compliant execution. - Assist in the development, preparation, and review of contract documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statements (PWS), pricing structures, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), reports, and DD Form 254 (Security Classification Specifications). - Support program strategy development, acquisition planning, contract administration, an...
