This is not an entry-level role. This is for someone who can walk in, assess a job, run it, finish it, and deliver it like a pro—with minimal hand-holding and maximum pride. What You’ll Do: What You Bring to the Table - Operate digital production equipment (high-speed copiers, wide format printers, etc.) - Set up, run, and monitor print jobs for accuracy and quality Perform finishing tasks including: - Cutting, trimming, folding - Binding (coil, comb, perfect bind) - Laminating and mounting - Padding, scoring, perforating - Ensure color accuracy and consistency across jobs - Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain production flow - Review files for print readiness (bleeds, margins, resolution,...
