Job description

I. Job Summary Under minimal supervision of the Vice President, the Global Program Manager (GPM) is responsible for leading the development, implementation and execution of high-quality, globally coordinated, cross-functional project plans in alignment with program strategy. The GPM will manage both internal teams and client-side stakeholders to define and achieve program goals. The GPM oversees ongoing program operations, including identifying and managing changes, tracking key internal and external KPIs, driving operational excellence, identifying risks and improvement opportunities and ensuring continuous program growth and success. II.
