Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Chrysalis Plant Manager who will be the senior operational leader accountable for the safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operation of SHINE's Chrysalis medical isotope production facility. This role owns all aspects of production execution — from raw material inputs through finished product delivery — and serves as the primary operational interface between the facility and SHINE's executive team. The Chrysalis Plant Manager ensures the facility operates in full compliance with 10CFR regulatory requirements, nuclear safety standards, and SHINE's quality management system, while continuously driving improvements in production yield, uptime, and cost performance. This leader is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, translating strategic objectives from the COO into disciplined daily operations and measurable facility performance. The base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $250,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
