At Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton, we’re looking for two Gifting & Sales Advisors (Key Holders) who bring energy, warmth, and storytelling to every interaction. This is a unique opportunity to make a huge impact in our first-ever owned flagship retail store in Milton Keynes Central and help shape an exceptional shopping experience from day one. As a proud brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers in discovering thoughtful gifts that celebrate life’s special moments, delivering personal, unforgettable experiences every time. With your expert knowledge of our products and bespoke personalisation services, you’ll bring our beautiful collections to life in the most memorable way. As a Key Holder, you’ll also play a trusted role in supporting daily store operations—confidently opening and closing the store, inspiring the team on the shop floor, and always leading with positivity and passion.
