The Technical Writer II designs, develops and illustrates reference guides, usage guides, training guides or other documents to explain, modify and/or provide operational information on new or existing systems products to internal and external customers. This includes using Adobe tools, Dreamweaver, Photoshop or Microsoft applications to document and describe the functions and features of all systems products. What you'll be doing: Technical Documentation (40%): Ability to complete tasks within the specified project deadlines. Ability to create and maintain written Systems product documentation. Demonstrates ability to write clear and concise communication. Transfer practical operational knowledge of system functions and features into written documentation. Create and maintain Training Guides for various Systems products. Create and maintain Usage Guides for various Systems products. Create and maintain F1 Reference Guides for SYNKROS.
