Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose: The Crisis Nurse provides services to persons experiencing crisis and in need of immediate intervention. This position job responsibilities between three programs: Walk-In Crisis Unit, Central Recovery Center (CRC), and Adult Diversion and Stabilization (A-DAS). By assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care tailored to each patient's unique needs, you will contribute to the stabilization and recovery of those in crisis. What you will do: - Completes medical triage and assessment - Case Management - Medication administration including the administration of long-acting injection medications - Being able to distinguish between emergent/urgent needs and ongoing clinical work - Medication Reconciliation with physicians and pharmacists. - Completes documentation in electronic medical records and utilization of varied electronic portals as needed. - Scheduling and tracking consumer appointments - Provides medication education Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing AND a minimum of one (1) year of paid behavioral health care experience OR a Registered Nurse AND a minimum of two (2) years of pa...
