Location: Marietta, GA (In-Office) Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Compensation: $50,000 base + commission + bonus opportunities Company Overview: JAN-PRO is a leading provider in the commercial cleaning industry. Our Atlanta-based office is expanding and seeking driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing B2B sales team. Position Summary: This role is focused on high-volume outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct strategic outbound calls to commercial businesses, communicate a compelling value proposition, overcome objections, and schedule qualified first appointments for the outside sales team. This is a metrics-driven role requiring strong phone presence, consistency, and professionalism.
