Server Engineer

About the role We’re seeking a Server Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited too; Service Requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incidents and Incident response times to name a few. Skills & Experience: - Hands-on technical experience with both Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems - Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Good working knowledge of NTFS security in an enterprise environment and migrations of large data sets - Extensive experience with Group Policy including Windows Desktop lockdowns, drive mappings and preference items - Understanding IT Service Management concepts - Ability to apply ITIL v3 Foundation concepts within the workplace - Sound knowledge of multi-forest Active Directories - Ability to work in a hybrid environment, solid troubleshooting knowledge for both On-Prem and Cloud infrastructure - Experience with migrations from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online would be advantageous Responsibilities include: What is in it for you?
