Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Production Manager for our Reamstown, PA facility. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the Interior Glass Systems (IGS) production department, overseeing the processing of materials and the manufacturing of products within an industrial environment. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $97,000 - $118,000 plus a generous Short Term Incentive Bonus (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
