What you will do: Provide first-line onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across desktops, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing systems. Set up and configure new workplaces, including hardware, software, and network connectivity. Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Ensure compliance with IT policies and deliver exceptional customer service. What you bring & who you are: 3–5 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Azure).
