Operating with a flexible and agile approach, Amplify leverages a streamlined internal structure and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Nike to drive prototype creation and breakthrough product innovation. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: In close partnership with the GM, this role designs and implements the commercial operating model required to scale Amplify responsibly within Nike. The role unifies product portfolio strategy, marketing, sales, athlete* experience, and enterprise integration—while protecting the autonomy and speed required for a tech‑forward start‑up to thrive inside a large enterprise.
